Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Metro pincodes typically receive orders in 3-4 business days. Other serviceable pincodes take 5-6 business days. You will see an estimate on the product page and again at checkout.
Orders above the free-shipping threshold ship free. Below it, a flat standard shipping fee is added at checkout. Loyalty members on Gold and above get free shipping on every order.
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. You can also follow it under Account → Orders, or on the Order Status page with your order number and email.
We deliver to serviceable pincodes across India. Enter yours at checkout to see the estimate for your address.
If your package is lost, contact us within 14 days and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
