Orders are retained in our records with personal data anonymized (name → "Customer (anonymized)", addresses cleared, contact info scrubbed). The order number, totals, and line items stay so we can comply with GST and consumer-protection rules. After 8 years the entire order row is eligible for hard deletion under our retention policy.
Any balance remaining at the time of deletion is forfeited. If you want to use it, do so before submitting the deletion request.
Yes - you have a 30-day grace window from the date a deletion is approved. Sign in and cancel from the same Privacy & data page before the scheduled date.
Yes. The rejection email includes the reason. Reply to that email or contact our support team via the channels listed on our Privacy Policy page.
